Fifteen minutes may be all you need.  This kind of session is helpful for getting answers to make a decision based on your sacral sounds in response to yes/no questions.  It is also perfect for when your mind is talking a lot and is disturbing your well-being and frequency.  In these situations, some yes/no questions can cut through the mind's chatter like a Zen sword.   $20.00

30 Minute Session

This session is perfect for exploring and discovering your inherent truth about anything!  Our minds hold so many thoughts about our lives and we can believe these thoughts to be true.  What does your authority say about love?  About what you need?  About your job?  About your relationship?  Through yes/no questions on any subject - you can get to Your Truth.   This session is also good for when your decision is more complicated or your mind is disturbed deeply about something.  Having a little extra time may be what you need.  $35.00

The Mystery of the Sacral Center

Please Note:   These Sessions are Not for Solar Plexus Authority

A yes/no session is not for emotional Generators or MG's.  G/MG's make sacral sounds but those sounds are not their authority.  Their authority is emotional.  There are still sounds but their authority is deeper.  It's in the Solar Plexus.
A person with Sacral Authority gets more clear with the each question asked.  This happens when they hear their sounds.   The G/MG with Emotional Authority - may feel clear in the moment of being asked questions but they need time to sink in and the wave moves and the clarity of that moment disappears.  

Many questions (which is what a Sacral Session is - can disturb a G/MG with emotional authority.  Many questions can churn them up - like stirring up the deep lake of their emotional system without any time for digestion.
What works for an emotional Generator or Manifesting Generator is one good question - maybe two.  They then sit with that question(s) and wait for clarity. 

My Experience as a Generator

I was first introduced to Human Design about 25 years ago. I don’t know all the technical details of Human Design nor can I read charts. But I do know that waiting for my sacral response and living my design has changed my life. I am lucky to have friends and family who understand Human Design and know how to ask yes and no questions and the right kind of questions.  Through these questions, I gain clarity on anything and everything from day to day stuff like where to go for dinner to major life situations concerning relationships, work, money….  
The mind can go on and on about something, it can drive me crazy. So much chatter about what it thinks I should do and how I should do it. It can be so confusing and coming to a conclusion can seem like an uphill battle. It’s amazing how a simple uh-huh (yes)  or uh-uh (no) can be such a definitive answer that feels so correct. With the clarity of the response comes a certain peace, the mind is quieted and any worries and concerns related to the issue drop away. All the noise is gone and I have my answer that is correct for me.

Sometimes I have been very surprised by my response as my mind was so sure of what I wanted and my response turned out to be the total opposite. No matter how shocking the response it always feels correct deep down inside. On occasion a few follow up questions are in order just to satisfy the mind. And every once-in-a-while, my response is neutral; it’s not a definite and clear uh-huh (yes) or uh-uh (no).  In these situations, I find getting creative with the questioning can help or letting the question sit for a while and revisiting it again later also works.   No sound can also mean that sometimes I just don’t know and with an open mind that is very freeing.

What Ra told me in my Reading

“It is so important for you to understand that as an individual you’re not here to be best; you’re here to be different.  You’re a mutative force.  You’re here to bring direction in this life to others.  
Because, you see, this center below the G center is called the sacral center.  The sacral center is a generator; it’s very, very powerful.  It’s the generator of life itself.  Because it’s the generator of life itself, it brings out a frequency and that frequency moves us. When somebody comes to you and they ask you something it’s very simple for you.  You just have to hear your own response out of the sacral center and the sacral center makes noises.  “You want to go out tonight?” “Ahunh.”  “You want to go out tonight?” “Unun.”  Do you love me?” “Unun.”  You see, you can never trust what you say out of your voice with words. 
You’re very, very important to other people. Think of yourself as a priestess at the Oracle of Delphi.  You don’t go screaming out “come to me and I will tell you,” because no one would ever come.  You have to wait. Only then do you have your power.  And only then will they come and ask.  And only then can you know.  This is the whole thing for you.
For the 20th century woman this is often difficult to understand because the idea of having to respond, of having to wait for somebody to ask sounds like a stereotype.  Please don’t misunderstand this; this is about you being the queen.  It’s about you recognizing that your power lies in waiting because in the moment that you respond out of your sacral, whatever your sacral agrees to you will have the energy to do that.  Trust your sacral and you will always have your true perspective."
